Banner Exchange Script

Take the phpAdsNew script (available on SourceForge) and change it from a single-website banner display script to a multi-site banner exchange script. Currently, the script assumes banners will be displayed on a single website. We need it modified to allow the banners to be displayed on multiple websites, and track (and give credit to) each site that displays a banner. We also require: 1. Change of the scripts template system to allow for a "[login to view URL]" file to be specified, as opposed to the currently hard coded template. 2. Support for multiple clients, and translation from the scripts current database tables to our tables. 3. Integration of the script with an already-created credit system. Each client that displays a banner from this script on his website should receive credits, and each time a clients banner is displayed on another website, he should be charged credits. 3. Additional logic to prevent the display of banners for anyone who has zero credits available. 4. Simplified administration of a client's account by the client. 5. Additional site admin features to include allowing multiple banners for certain clients. 6. The current statistics system and display is adequate. 7. The current banner display engine is perfect, but will need to be slightly modified to track which website is displaying the banner. Modification of the banner code generation system will be required. This is the first of a series of PHP projects. We are looking for a long term relationship with a PHP and MySql EXPERT - please do not bid if you are not interested in steady coding work for the next 6 months. We prefer a coder who can work quickly, but who keeps quality his primary concern. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in source code form, with extensive comments. Complete copyrights to all work purchased, to the limit allowed by the GPL. ## Deadline information Time is not critical for this project, but you will be required to provide a time estimate after any questions you have are answered.
