C# API to process XML Files

We need an API to allow a user to create a set of XML files. Enclosed we have a sample of XML files. The idea is that an API contains the necessary classess/objects/methods/properties to closely mirror the strcuture of the XML files (Largely template based) and that a user can call a number of methods and classes to pass the data to the classes and then call a method to generate the set of XML files. This project will involve the following steps - each which will need to be completed seperately. - Design & Documentation of API - Implementation of API library - Creation of a testing application to test the library Note - the attached files are sample only - the API may create a differnet set of XML files depending on what input the user gives to the API. Note - you will need to follow some conventions for developing this api including using a certain folder structure, namespace, conventions, etc. Timing - 1 day for documentation, 1 day for for a DRAFT, 1 day for a final Delivery NOTE: We are open to giving a bonus for someone who exceeds this timeline. Include ideas for how to structure such a bonus in your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
