All the work must be done in our office. London, England for security reasons. 2) The Software created must be in ready-to-run conditionwith all the basic elements which will be listed in the final contract upon agreement 3) An Install program for the software must be created to allow the program to be installed in any computer using windows operating system using Install Shield. 4) A help file must be created for the technical use of the program 5) The program will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. and British Copyright laws. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
