Delphi to PHP bridge

I need to create a link between a Delphi program and a PHP website - i have explored PHP4Delphi and the COM interface and not made much progress. It MUST be something that will work on a standard Windows web server that supports PHP without installing anything bespoke. its also shared hosting so the module must sit inside the regular files directory. I cannot use PHP4Delphi as that requires placing the library in the windows extensions folder which is not acceptable. So what I need is something - perhaps COM based but so long as it works I dont care - that will work with PHP 5 to load from a DLL file. My Delphi system consists of a class hierarchy that I am happy to compile into whatever needs to be compiled - e.g. DLL or COM object. The deliverables would be: 1) A delphi library or object of some sort that I can use to represent my Delphi code - I only need a simple example script and I will take it from there. The only thing is it needs to be able to compile standard delphi code and classes (all non-visual standard pascal code). 2) A PHP script that loads the object or whatever and returns a result 3) the above must be working on my server - i.e. witha standard version of PHP and no 3rd party modules that are not already there ( I can answer quesstion on PMB). thanks
