Database mining/collecting search/admin

The project calls upon this... Rip the searchable content (database) off of a site. Collect all the data in the database (including images/text). Not too big of a site. Also know how to format it on a new site and make it searchable on it. Essentially completely rip the search feature with the content this site already has. Need a back end where we can add new items (same format) that goes instantly into the database/live on the site. Also so i can add users to login into the admin area to add content into the database. I would like this done in the shortest amount of time possible. More details to the winner.
