Hello, I want a comprehensive set of manuals including a quick start guide, and manuals that go right through the stages of improving and growing a carpet cleaning business including the process of how to keep customers.? It must include systems to run the office and in the field, how to market and samples, include a marketing plan, a marketing funnel,? a sample business plan, web site,? press ads, yellow pages ads, direct mail letters, newsletters, renewal process and forms and? referral system. This will be supplied I am looking for 3 manuals, a quick start guide, the main manual and a resources manual that contains samples of ads, systems etc Both manuals would be at least 200 pages (my current one is 100 pages for the main and 67 pages for the resources). With the info I provide, I envisage you should only have to expand on it in most cases. There will be some instances where you may need to research, but I think so long as you are well versed in business, research won’t be major. Delivery in MS Word 2003 or Pagemaker 6.5 is needed.
