css/jquery text resize function for website + clean up the code... - repost

4 easy tasks... have to be done shortly: [login to view URL] 1. need also 4 different font-sizes [A] [A] [A] [A] similar to the link above All text-content of the website (see attached txt-file) have to be changeable (incl. navigation menu, but excluding the logo part). ONLY THE FONT-SIZE NO EXTRA BACKGROUND FOR THE TEXT-AREAS ETC. ... The website is mobile-ready and responsive, so please take attention to it by choosing the position for the text-resizing function. Maybe it would be okay below the language selection?! Indeed it should be placed on a good visible position. 2. add a plain gray background option near to the text-resizing function (to replace the structured background by clicking on link/button with a plain gray bg and by clicking an other time to restore the original structured-background) 3. like button with count (excluding faces) for the fanpage mentioned in the attached txt-file... should be placed below the navigation menu point "contact" in all three languages (de/en/ru) 4. clean up the code (optimize the loading speed) to avoid double and tripple loads of files and comment it well in ENGLISH language on the whole website for future changes and re-design. VERY IMPORTANT: The actually function shouldn't be troubled.
