avatar inclusion, ladder styling continued

This is continued work on our ladder site located at [login to view URL] Currently the ladder standings page require the team pages avatar to appear next to the team name. Also we require some new images to signify the "fight" button on our ladder (this lets the user challenge the opposing team). Also new images for other ladder icons. (5 max i believe) Lastly above the ladder will need to be re-styled a little to give it a sharper and better look, being the headings which are table based (including the two tables below the standings page).
