Custom Registration Form and attendance for Moodle - repost

time is critical. I'm looking for a custom registration form in our Moodle site. so knowledge of Moodle is critical. What we need is a solution to be able to approve/deny user registrations. In other words, user should be able to signup, but instead of sending a confirmation email with a link to activate the account and to have a plugin (only visible to admins) which lists the amount of users who have registered and then an option next to each name to approve or deny the request so you can have a complete control over who is signing up and when approved a registration number be sent to the student.

also changes on the Registeration form by adding new fields

The attendance

1- A mechanism to register the attendance and register the time attending in minutes

2- ability to watch or listen to live broadcast through the Moodle and monitor the time spent watch or listening

3- reporting facilities
