Custom Facebook Photo Contest App

We are hiring a developer to create a Facebook Application for a music act. If this milestone is completed well, there is the potential for more work. Code a photo contest application where Facebook fans can upload a photo from their computers that will auto-fill a mosaic image displayed within the application in real time. Users must be able to share the photos and vote via “likes”. Please note: ALL design work has already been completed. You are required ONLY TO CODE this application. For completion of this project, please have this up and running on a development webserver we can access to test its functionality as described. VERY IMPORTANT: To separate you from the spammers, please write: “I AM REAL” as the first line of your bid.
