Basic Data Management Quiz System

We are looking for a web developer to create a clean mobile optimised data management system. Preferably using Bootstrap 3. Functionality: 1. User Group 1 must be able to register (data should be verified) with the following fields: a. Name b. Email c. Drop Down Option 1 d. Name of School or Organisation 2. Once registered User Group 1 should be able to create a quiz, quiz should contain multiple questions and answers in multiple choice format....i.e One Question, 3 Multiple Choice Answers. 3. User Group 1 should be able to assign a ‘secret word’ for the quiz for other to access 4. User Group 1 should be able to manage existing quizzes and view reports on the people who have registered & answered the quiz including: a. Bar Chart of results (Horizontal Axis – Student Name, Vertical Axis – Score) b. Detail View of – Name, Email, Score, Date Answered 5. User Group 2 should be able to log in to the quiz by typing their Name, Email Address & secret word. Then answer the multiple choice quiz questions Workflow should be simple: 1. register & create a multiple choice quiz & secret word 2. A student visits the access page, types in their name & email, school/organisation & the 'secret word' 3. The quiz is displayed and user answers questions 4. I can now log in as a creator and view the results, create a new quiz, manage existing quizzes Screens must be optimised for desktop, mobile & tablet viewing, with very basic design Developer should be able to begin immediately
