Desktop Widget

Desktop widget, that uses json written in php and maybe python. All api documentation will be provided you will have to tweak it, with php or python. It will have six sites that it will be receiving information from displaying on the main window as an overview with an option. A tab for overview, tab for links and another tab for a browser that goes to a certain website which users cant search or leave that site or add another tab to it. Transparent or Blue widget what ever looks good. This project should be a breeze if you know json, php, c, c++, and should only apply for this If you can finish it in a timely manner. I have provided all details, and will give the awarded person the api documentation and website info to get started. My budget is $60, any offers above won't be accepted.
