Custom SMTP + big bonus

I have an application that needs to send emails very quickly and as such need a custom smtp server built using c++. The application only needs to send around 10 emails per day but when they are sent they need to be sent very quickly. The emails are sent to only one email address. My existing application already has a custom module built but it is not sending the emails fast enough. I have some ideas on how to send the emails quicker by tweeking the smtp protocol so would expect alot of testing to minimise send times. I am willing to pay the following bonuses on top of any bid ammounts 1. $200 bonus to reduce email send time to 50% of its current time 2. $400 bonus if you can reduce send time to 25% of its current time 3. $600 bonus if you can reduce send time to less than 10% of its current send time. Again these bonuses will be paid in addition to any bid amount. Please message me for details of email and current send times. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
