Create OCX from existing command line source

This project requires the creation of a PDF conversion OCX from an existing GNU GPL command line utility whose source code has already been written (XPDF's PDFtoText). The command line utility convert PDF documents to text. The OCX will be called from a VB6 application. The command line utility is already ported for Win32. The code just needs to be repackaged as an OCX rather than as a command line utility. The OCX will not merely be a wrapper to the existing command line executable. The OCX will be standalone with no external dependencies. Part of this project will involve the developer studying the options available in the command line utility and suggesting a programmatic interface for the OCX that makes sense. The command line app has various options that may need to appear in the OCX as properties. In addition, there are additional options that are read from a configuration file. These must be incorporated into the OCXs interface also. All of this information is available at the link below. <[login to view URL]> The final interface will be agreed upon before coding is begun. Only developers with previous OCX design experience need bid on this. This can be a very easy project since the core algorithms are already coded. Coders with previous PDF development background are strongly preferred. The only modification I need at present is the ability to set the maximum length of the output lines. If this property is not set, the default functionality will be invoked. Other enhancements may need to be made in the future however so this project can grow into future projects for a good developer. Any performance enhancements that can be made, should be made. The OCX must be well documented and must also come with a a sample VB6 application showcasing it's functionality. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in OCX form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. 3) Complete documentation of the OCX interface 4) VB6 Sample Application 5) 3-months of free bug fixes. ## Platform All Win32
