Create a Grammar Checker & Article Spinner in ONE!

1) I need a Grammar checker for my website. It needs to be EXACTLY like the one on this site "[login to view URL]". It needs to have the same exact functions as the one on that site. You can think of it as the "[login to view URL] Clone". *FEATURES* -150+ Grammar Checks Check your text for use of grammar rules you never knew existed. (IN SHORT) Must be able to correct grammar, do spell checks, detect plagiarism, correct punctuation, and to increase better style and word choice. 2)I need a software/application created that will allow me to copy anything off the internet and revise it with the click of a button. The software is going on a website of mine. This is how it should work. There should be two options "Article Spinner & Grammar Check" You should be able to pick both or just one. If you pick one you should be able to use only the one you selected. If you pick both then you will be able to paste your article then it will spin it then do grammar checks on the spinned article and correct them. In short, this should be a very precise article spinner.
