I'm looking for someone to review the sourcecode for a free application I develop. The successful bidder should read through the code identifying potential bugs and suggesting code improvements.
The bidder should implement changes once agreed and document the change, indicating the reasoning for all changes. Likely changes / improvements are to be relating to casts, pointers and general c++ / object oriented "best practice".
The application is a c++ Windows application compiled with gcc (statically linked). Code includes use of methods defined in windows.h and makes basic use of the sqlite c++ library. The complete sourcecode will be provided as a CodeBlocks ( [login to view URL] ) project. A sourcecontrol system (Bzr) can be made available upon request.
The complete line count is about 1,000 lines however the logic is much less (probably about 600 lines).
Ownership of all changes will be my property on completion of the work and the bidder will be required not to disclose information about the project to others.
