CSV conversion tool

I need a simple to use csv conversion tool that will remap a csv or xls file to the require mappings for upload to auto trader.com. My customer has a auto inventory management site that will export his inventory to a csv file, however the mappings do not match the required mappings for autotrader and wants to import the inventory from an existing software application to his site via ftp. I will need this application to run on a windows based desktop with an installer and un-installer functions. the first time the app runs it will ask the user to input his dealer id#, and will allow the user to change the dealer id# if needed. when the app runs a user will be able to browse to the csv, or xls file and then process it and then rename it. the user will then be able to save the new file on his computer and give it a new name. the name will include the dealer id# and the date in a simple format like: "[login to view URL]" Once the file is saved the dealer will have the option to upload the file via ftp. (i will include the ftp URL and user name and password, this will need to be masked so that the user can not see the user name or password. but i will want a method to change the URL and user name and password if needed, possibly a admin access that can be preset and then sent to the user) I will provide a demo copy of the daler inventory software, and csv file and a sample of the requirement Autotrader mappings upon acceptance of the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This is a windows based desktop application it needs to be compatible with Windows 2000 and XP. the application must include the following: an installer and un-installer, method to set and edit the Dealer ID#, method to browse a users files to locate the correct csv, or xls file, allow the option to save only or to save and then upload via ftp. The file will be saved with the Dealer id#, and the current date as a prefix to the file name, the ftp user name and password must be masked and unseen from the user and needs a method to the ftp URL,and user name and password by myself.
