CRM for a Tech Sales and Support Team

I need a CRM, in which i can track and save my customer information. I would need a CRM with the following features: 1. Help me track customer information (Name, Address, Contact Number, Email) 2. Products Specific Details. (Computer Specifications of the customer or the device specs for which the support is provided). 3. My Sales agent should be able to charge the customer from thr CRM only by entering the Credit card information.(It can be manualy & I require a Admin panel so that I can integrate different payment gateways at defferent times) 4. On every customer account , every call details/ issue details will be recorded as a Case or Issue) 5. It should have the ability to track every lead, whether it has been converted or not. 6, It should have disposition list for each and every call answered by the agent. 7. It should have the ability to let the agent select a plan sold from the different variety of plans offered. & it should also generate an invoice and send that to the every converted lead with welcome note on e-mail. 8. I want to host this localy on my server and create a different ID for each and every agent and the information will be saved on my server.
