Basic Math Program Needed

Hello, I need a basic math program made. It will serve 5 functions. Notes and Functions: Please refer to the legend image. All black numbers in the template are static and will NEVER change Notes of program 1. It must use a similar layout and colors provided in the images attached. 2. All black numbers in the template are static and will NEVER change. A. The program needs to have 16 numbers (orange) for the input. Each number will be from 0-1000. I am the one who will type in the 16 orange numbers. B. The program will refer to the orange numbers for ALL outputs in this section. There are 24 outputs in the B section. Example: There will be 4 orange numbers added up to get the result for each of the 24 outputs. (32 will get its result from 3251, 3254, 3261, 3264. 35 will get its result from 3251,3254,3751,3754. Just note that the 2 digit black numbers are always contained in the four - 4 digit black numbers to determine each of the 24 results.) C. Exact same function as B. D. This function will divide the two blue result numbers by each other. There are 24 blue 2-digit sets of results. Example 30,41 the program will do 30/41 Example 52,30 The program will do 30/51. It will ALWAYS use the smallest number first. The program will Round down the result from .01 - .49 The program will round up the result from .50 - .99 So. .756 would become 78 and .744 would become 7 E. The program will add the 3 percentage results together. There are 8 outputs for this. It will also remove the % mark from the result. F.
