Audio Ripper, Player, Cropper

We are in need someone that can build a software application that will allow the user to play multimedia files, rip them from CD and crop selected portions then save them in different or same audio format.

This application will be used to create ringtones for the users cell phone. Nice looking, easy to use GUI should be added as well, but the coding is what really important.

Software would allow user to rip the song(s) they wanted from a CD. Software would give option of saving rip to hard drive or making ringtone directly from rip.

Once ringtone has been created by software. Software would allow user to send newly created ringtone to their cellphone via email or user could have ringtone to hard drive for upload to cellphone by user.

If you can help with this, I welcome your bids. Some type of DEMO would be nice to actually show me you know what you are doing. Successful completion of this project on time and on budget will lead to others.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
