Alarm Panel Monitoring and Alert Notification for Asterisk

Build a web application working together with asterisk that serves three purposes:

1) ADMIN service for entering Metadata for Alarm Account information and notification alert rules

2) MONITORING client that allows real time monitoring and disposition of alarm events. (this will be accessible from ADMIN client)

3) Implement for Asterisk 4 alarm protocols :

a. Contact ID (this is done by default I think), SIA, CESA, 200BANDS(for this protocol I will have name confirmation) these are the main standards in France, but we are opened to suggestion.

b. read Alarm and update the monitoring client

c. Log all events to transactional tables in DB

d. Notification algorithm to notify contact list in the event of an alarm event and establish rules for escalation

Detailed specifications and requirements document will be provided to those that have demonstrable experience to complete this task, and can show full understanding of the business requirements. Also, must show competency with Asterisk and his modules.

The third Alarm protocol to use with Asterisk is "CESA 200 BAUDS"
