Display frequency of audio tone

* Delphi 6 compatible code to return the frequency of a tone (.wav file - .wav and microphone preferred) Will allow user to scroll over captured sample and display the audio frequency at selected time frame. Will eventual be used to assess the tuning of wind chimes for a small business. Bare bones application required only.? I have no experience with sound or capture techniques.?
