Cheque and Payin Slip printing with record keeper

The software design - 1. A data base of - Payees name and account number and address can be created and saved. 2. it should be able to print cheques - the image of the cheque will be scanned and the image of the same will be loaded in the software - definate fields will be set - so that the software understand where to print what and also know what is the dimension of the cheque with all attributes on the pre-printed cheque which I wish to fill. Fields which will be included in this are: a. PAY TO <NAME> and Account No. <Account No> (this will be adjecent to each other) eg. MR JOHN MATHEW (Account No. 746469346288444) b. Take the amount in numeric, and have the same translated to words eg. 1,23,456/= (One Lakh Twenty Three Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Six Only) 3. It should also be able to print pay in slips - the image of the same is scanned and loaded into the software - it should be able to print the same image , but the form of the same should be filled. it will have again 6 fields Date, Name of the Payee , Account Number of the payee, Contact Number , Amount in numeric and Amount in words. this info is same as the one which is to be printed on the cheque. 4. All the cheques / payin slips which are printed should be saved in a database which can be exported to excel - .xsl format. I should be choose what all i wish to print, after I have entered the info. and I should be able to store minimum of 5 different bank cheques and payin slips in the software which i am able to load everytime i choose which bank i wish to issue the same from. any suggestion and addition which i may have missed would be greatly appreciated.
