DB driven Tape Ticker

I need a Data Base driven Tape Ticker What I am looking for is something like [login to view URL] or this one [login to view URL] It should work with access or SQL data bases. It should read group of records, like for example Name of a Stock or Fund, Current Price, Last Price, if it went up, down or remains the same, plus 3 more data fields. I would prefer that it could show any number of fields per record. It's very important that one of the fields could be an image file to place as logo of the related record and also a link field. Every field in the record should be customized (font color, font type, location in the tape ticker, color if the field is a number and is a negative one, etc). Each record should has a custom fix message for each field plus the appropriate dynamic field that is related to the fix message. Example Company: Dell. Price: 80 Volume: 90.000 Year Lo: 800 Etc: XXX Keep in mind that this is not only for stocks, but for any information in the records of the Data Base and any number of fields. the UP, DOWN and remains the same graphics should be customizable too. It should have a speed control from right to left and from left to right. As well as an UP and Down Controls. I am looking at a horizontal and vertical ticker. Movement should be customized. It can have 2 or more lines for the ticker. Not just one. That should be configured by the admin as well. It should show and initial message upon start of the component and periodically show custom messages in between the stocks or the information given by the DB. This must be a totally custom DB driven Tape Ticker. Very nice layout. Custom visually sized and with a powerful administration back end. It should have a refresh rate for the data. The refresh rate can be from (zero) meaning it will refresh upon a page refresh ot n where n means it will refresh every N minutes. It should work in different sites of the same server using different DBs. That means that it has to be a stand alone application. It could use Dll's if necessary. Dll's must be installed using the usual registry install procedure. I don't want to install it using transaction server. I'm looking for a good coder with lots of suggestions and open-minded. I expect a good ver 1.0 more like a version 2. I expect to have an initial fully working version that I will improve from time to time with the same coder if we end having a good buyer/coder relationship ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Should be hosted in Windows 2000 server (IIS) and running in ASP pages. Suggestions are welcome (my site runs in W2K and I use ASP). .Net suggestions are welcome too, since I am starting to work with .Net in my site. It should work at users end in IE 4 and above and Netscape 4 and above.
