I am creating controls at runtime (dynamically), and they show up on the page after creating, but when the page is submitted, I can't find them. i need the controls for updatation, i don't know What am I doing wrong?
i have attached aspx and [login to view URL] files with this:
Basically what i am doing is i am creating controlls like textbox, checkbox at runtime and adding them to a table (asp:Table) which is under a datalist (u could see the attached files) and looping them, it is working fine and shows controls with data, my requirment is when i click on the update button i need all the controls data in "update_onclick" event i.e need the data after postback.
the problem now is since the controls created runtime it does not have viewstate (i guess) so when posted back i am getting nothing.
if anybody know how to resolve this problem much appreciated, it is easy but need to find a way.
Regards,
Daya
