asp.net 2.0 sql small sys changes

I have a site that was well coded and needs little gui changes. The system has no bugs or erorrs This system has a webform that submits data to a sql db via asp.net 2.0 we have 2 html reports Here is what I have so far <[login to view URL]>you can login with admin/admin it is not a complex system but it was really well coded. Here is what I need done 1. The login page should be in the site template and look something like this [[login to view URL]][1] 1. We need to resize the page header this white box should be about 730 wide like the link above. All pages <!-- --> 1. Use some date picker for all of the date entry areas . Use some dhtml one or anything but _I do not what a postback after the date is chosen_ <!-- --> 1. We should move the site navigation to a more structured location and not floating to the left. See attached <!-- --> 1. The page title should be to read the title of the system I will tell you this when you get the project. But this is the html title of the page shown in the window of the browser <!-- --> 1. The format of your output reports not exactly like I want them but they are very close. I really think we just need some formatting changes. <!-- --> 1. We should somehow let the user know that they emailed a report and it executed, right now you click the button and the system doesn’t tell me if anything happened. Maybe a message that appears on the page using some nice fade effect like our validations that say “Your report has been submitted to the email address provided?? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
