Our client is a debt consolidation firm. This application will be used to store client accounts and their financial records. Please see the attatched file for description of how this will work. We also need a Web Interface that has all the same features as the desktop version. The system must have the ability to restrict user accounts.
## Deliverables
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. All code must be completely remarked and well documented. Software must incorporate a complex search interface and a reports system.
## Platform
Desktop: Windows 2000/XP, Windows 98, Windows ME. Web: Internet Explorer 5 and higher for use with Internet/Intranet access.
## Deadline information
Must be completed by the last week of March, include all documentation for the software all code must be remarked. Must have a nice search Interface for both desktop version and Internet/Intranet interface. We plan on using SQL has the back end database. IIS 5 for Web Server. Web Interface must be written in ASP. Software must also have multilple levels of security that can be assigned to users.
