DEBUG WebCam Code

I have a webcam code. Code in VB6 I need to have it debuged. I have 2 errors. 1) Keep getting "Remote Video Streem Error" or "Video Capture Device not working or not installed" on some PC. 2) Other PC's are getting error. "set top box implementation of vp60 requires 32 wide and image demension of 16 high. The file may not play." If no cam exist then do nothing. Client will be prompted that no cam exist. 3) ++Add function. I need to add ability to select cam on client side.
