Create restuarant ordering system for website

I require someone to reverse engineer an online ordering system for me. It isn't a complex system and i don't need a website to be designed. I like how the ordering system at [login to view URL] on the 'place order' section functions. I want this ordering system to be recreated exactly so that i can use it on my website. I want the three colums in the 'place order' section of that website to function as they do on that wesbite: The customer clicks on a food item in the left most colum and then gets the item options in the middle colum. Then if the customer clicks to add that item to the cart, the left most colum is updated with the price etc. And then if the customer continues to add more items, the check out colum is updated. Finally, when the customer clicks on 'checkout' in the checkout colum, it sends the customer to a page where he can enter his personal details and pay with credit cards or chose to pay with cash. Basically i need it to function like [login to view URL], but i dont want the customer to have to register as a member as part of the process. I know of software like oscommerce which as alot of these functions, perhaps that can be used to accept the credit card payment and to update the checkout colum? I'm not sure...
