Create pdf using pure javascript in browser

I need a solution to create pdf using pure javascript within a web browser.
There are just some offline html files. A web server is not involved at all. I also do not want to install any DLLs.
If someone have a solution, explain it to me, I'll pay you consulting fee if I adopt your solution.
If no one knows of an existing solution. I suggest modifying an existing free pdf library ([url removed, login to view]) :

This library is mostly javascript running on the web server. I will pay the person who can convert this for me.
Update: Most people did not understand my requirement. So let me explain further. I already have an application written in javascript which works entirely in browser (IE and firefox). It takes user input, it saves to database, it branches execution logic according user input, it jumps to appropriate pages and builds the content of them dynamically, it retrieves data from database, it builds a summary screen according to everything user has done. All these are already finished. I just need to show the summary page as pdf. If [url removed, login to view] can produce pdf file using javascript running in IIS, why could not we make that javascript run in browser. -Thanks
Update 2: It's already done. You guys' comments turned me on. You tell me this is not possible. It is a bad idea. I had to try it myself. I converted the [url removed, login to view] to pure javascript. I can now send some strings from one browser window to a new window and display them there as a genuine pdf file. I probably will close this project. But if you know what I am talking about, you can still comment. I might encounter some small problems here and there as I move on. Also, if someone can take over this (test creating a complex pdf file and modify the library as necessary), I can go back to my other tasks.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
