Create a masterpage for use in my website

I am looking for someone to develop a master page for me. A quick background on the site I'm developing: The site I'm working on will be an adult webpage, where the main page will be sort of like a blog, where news headlines (up to 5) can be seen, with a brief description of the full body. Now, the design I'm leaning towards is: Menu bar at the top: (Home, Girls, Guys, Community, Store, Preview, My Profile, FAQ), beneath it will be a banner (1060x200px), and below that will be the location for the content (headlines/galleries/etc). The problem I'm facing is that I'm spending WAY too much time designing the layout, and am not happy with it, instead of developing the functionality and features of the page. That's where you come in. I'm looking for someone to design and develop the master page for use within my ASP.NET web application. This page needs to use CSS with a style sheet (not in-line styles) so that the formatting can be consistent across the entire site. This project includes creating the menu bar's images, possibly on-hover and idle, as well as a background image, etc. Of course, free public domain images can also be used instead of hand-crafting your own. Either way, any bidders who wish to get noticed should also submit a watermarked (if desired) mock of the site.
