Complete Cabin reservation site

This nearly completed project for a reservation site seems to have been abandoned by the programmer. It is about 95% functional and I would either like to have some minor details fixed or a new site worked out. (See [[login to view URL]][1] [[login to view URL]][2]) The site has 3 main functions. There is a reservation Portal where various property owners can create an account have have their properties available for real-time reservation processing. Each property owner has a unique ID that will allow them to have a "personal site" utilizing the DB for reservations. There is also a property owner "back end" for the complete modification of the individual owners information. Here is what I am looking for: 1) There several minor screen improvements that need to be made on the site. 2) There is an issue with the availability calendar displaying incorrect days of the month. 3) Site needs to be able to remember the original accessing Domain name when transferring to the secure name and back for use of same banner 4) Content of confirmation emails needs to be adjusted and improved. 5) Final integration of PayPal and [login to view URL] needs to be accomplished. 6) There also seems to be a small problem in the final rate calculation of the site. 7) Looking for add a "Sign up" module for property owners to sign on their property and pay for their membership. (May bid this separately.) 8) There may be some Minor issues that arise as this has not been fully tested and is not currently fully operational for testing. This site is nearly complete, but needs a little help for get fully functional. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
