Community Portal

This is is a request for a rough estimate The project is a so to speak a community portal (web site), that will incorporate but not be limited to online dating, news, business, forum, entertainment, Lifestyle, shopping, email and so on. It will need to be as dynamic as possible with lots of admin control and a solid structure designed for easy expansion. Take a look at [login to view URL] or mail.ru. It will need to resemble such websites. Ultimately the technology choice would be up to the developer. Although Open Source is preferred. However if you say that ASP or anything else is the way to go then so be it. As far as Open Source there is an osDate system ([[login to view URL]][1]) which is an open sourse solution. I think they took a lot of the structure from osCommerce. So perhaps even, the project can be based on osDate, however a lot will need to be modified and built on top. I'm not sure if it's a good idea but its worth looking into. So nonetheless, for now I need a rough estimate of the timeframe and price. All bidders will be taken into consideration. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux or Windows Web server.
