C# Code enhancement

I have an existing code that I have written to upload files to the server using Asp.net/C#. The code uses a progress bar so that the user can tell what percent of the file has been uploaded. I would like for someone to modify the code to do the following: 1) Capture some text keyed in a textbox and the file that is uploaded and save it to a database (you don't have to code the database part, just capture the values and make a comment e.e string Desc = [login to view URL]["txtDescrip"]; binar.......; //Save these values to the database 2) Add a "Cancel" button to the progress window so that user has the option to abort the upload process. No files should be saved and memory should be released 3) If a user attempts to upload a file over a certain value, give an error message warning them that that cannot do that.
