Charter Boat Booking system

We need a very simple booking system for a daily charter boat between an island and the mainland. our boat travels 1 time from island to mainland and returns at a scheduled time. Bookings are each way so we technically need 2 calendars. when people sign up for the specific date/time we need other people to be able to see the guest list. the boat travels at different times every day. booking page will have these features shared password to be able to book (this is a small closed community) a monthly calendar when clicked on the day user can see other guests and book seats one person can book multiple seats (family booking) email or text is sent upon successful booking For AT&T @txt.att.net.
