Auction website for Handicraft works

I am looking to get website design that works just like this website, but related to the building and construction industry. The projects posted to this website will be only to this industries related such as (house painting, plumbing, roofing, interior design, interiors repair, electricity, garden works ect)...everything related with the building and construction industry only!!! An example website can be found here [login to view URL] but notice that this website is in German language...see for functionality only...actually is very similar to GAF. I am listing some of the additional features for my project which are only a few. Project requirements: > All features of GAF or Elance (icluding escrow payment, helpdesk and support center, project notifications ect.) > Custom look and feel (i can help for the graphics) > Turkish Language (i can help translate the website) > No Pay Pal is required as i will use local bank payment processor, but shopping cart must be integrated (the local bank require this) As you see nothing complicated as additional features and requirements... i know here are a lot of clone GAF projects and i am sure some of you have realised many similar projects. Now i am looking to find the right provider. I dont want to buy the script only... i am looking for turnkey solution and long relation on this project for future updates and support. The selected provider will need to accept all the above additional requirements and must delivery full working website. Please dont show me your portfolio as i am sure you guys are all great designers, but need only to see demos of your freelancer and auction websites similar to GAF and Elance.
