Hi

I need someone to create a website, where people pay a subscription fee to join and where they can enter their details which can be kept on a database. I need to have someone who is a qualified web developer who can set up a small website at first to see if it attracts people then at a later date, develop it further. The member needs to be able to access information by geography & club and also receive email alerts when a member in their area joins.
