Additional Page W/ Reports

I have an application that stores and retrieves information. The information is organized, and is entered into the database on the daily basis. I need someone to design a page where you can have information in the database queries by using different filters. You should be able to select date ranges to query, and other possible ways to organize and compare data. The datagrid is already constructed, you might have to alter it in a way to fit the exact design of this page. I also want the Year To Date information to be extracted into Crystal Report from this new form and also created when you click "YTD Values" on the main page. Also, Month to Date information needs to be created in the same way. I need YTD Values of this datagrid or crystal report be emailed daily to a specified email. Also, provide your suggestions to improve this application and I will compensate you using either Bonus or will create different projects.
