ASP program writes form to text file, you code to help us stop double posts

Short Description: Make changes to existing very small program “[login to view URL]? which writes 3 form fields and two envars to a text file called “[login to view URL]?. The final 2 envars are IP address and time. We need to catch and stop double posts at the script level. Long Description: An online form is used to gather info from 3 fields, and post to a file "[login to view URL]". The file "[login to view URL]" then writes the data to a text file called "[login to view URL]". The problem we now have is multiple posts. We have tried to solve this with a javascript to catch and stop multiple posts, but we still get them. So now we want to stop the multiple posts at the script level within our current file "[login to view URL]". Currently, we also write into "[login to view URL]" at the end of each post, the IP address and time of each post, in this format: ([login to view URL])[03:34] So, you must program the following to stop multiple posts: 1. Code in the file "[login to view URL]" to open and read the last characters in "[login to view URL]" to get the IP address and time of the last post. 2.
