ASP.NET (VB) WhoIs lookup/order process

Quick, simple coding job to fix a process we have for ordering website domains. It does a whois lookup and reports back the results. It is a 4/5 stage process where the user enters a domain name, the system checks availability then takes the user through a series of screens to order the domain. The ordering of the domain simply compiles user information, sends it in an email to us and we do the domain registration, payment setup manually. The current (broken) process can be viewed at <[login to view URL]>. Note ??" The code is written in VB.NET (ASP.NET 2). 80% of the code is there. We simply do not have time to go in and fix this. We also have more work to do on the site so our hope is to find a good VB,NET resource that we can use for other work. Much of this is simply adding new pages to an existing master page setup. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
