Change template, create AJAX filter and changes shown attached.

Hello,

I need the following things to be done in order to finish my website and GO ONLINE:

1- To change the template of my website / Script as shown in attached files, INCLUDING creating the quick search, want a light and modern look, not a copy of these examples.

2- Building AJAX results filtering as the attached examples.

3- Set a Dealer´s Individual page ([url removed, login to view]), the system creates automatically the address but need to create the page as shown.

4- Setting details such as the information I want to show on listings results, presentation of listings details has to be reformulated, etc.

I don't have any web skills, but I believe the functionality issues are not major ones. Please make the necessary questions you need to evaluate this project and give your bid. I also need your back up to solve issues that may occur until December or latter on, will talk after on a monthly fee to give me that back up.

I also want to create a kind of ballance account to replace the existing "Listing Plans" but this is to be done on a 2nd stage after going online.
