Hello I am a professional PCB designer. I work in this field for the last 5 years I also work in a big company and have plenty experience with boards that uses from 2 to 8 layer, BGA, GPS circuits, EMC rules, Manufacturing rules and over 400 PCB projects done in different software's. I am an expert in Eagle,PADS,Zuken, DipTrace. I had a look over the software that you want to use and it will be no problem. Also I saw that you can improve your design by adding the fallowing: 1. At least one capacitor ( 100nF ) but it will be perfect if you add two ( 100nF and 10uF ) to the power pins of the PIC16f88 2. I had a look over the transistor 2n3904 datasheet that you have in your Schematic and by my calculation you need in the Base of the transistor to have a 0.1mA current so you need to put a resistor close to 45K. Also through the LED you will have a 12mA current. I can help you build your design In the shortest time possible and to a good quality. If you have any questions fell free to contact me.
