Develop a Mac Application software

I have 4 years of experience in software development and have consultants with over 20 years of experience in the field of software development. I am a registered OSX and IOS developer. This project gives me a challenge but am confident that I will deliver in a timely manner provided that all the requirements are clearly stated up front. The time frame of 30 days is to accommodate minor changes in the requirements document and any problems that I encounter in the development process. Please note that the 30 day deadline is not a hard one and the project may take more or less time depending on our collective satisfaction with the end product.
