Needs to have 2 input feeds on the capture both the feed should have highest quality 4k resolution or close to it the capture card will have HD-SDI or HDMI that has to be compatible with USB 3, Thunderbolt, internal black magic capture card or other capture card.
What application need to have live play back like PVR on the same screen but will still be recording up to 30min loop record
On the screen should have
1. Stop
2. Start
3. Pause
4. 1x 3x 10x skip back and forward
5. Slow Play
Should be able to zoom in to the video that has good quality video resolution 480p
it for Referee System playback
