Auto Accept Captcha Software (Lendervend)

LenderVend from Provident changed their interface. Need input of 4 random letter/numbers (captcha system) they generate by screen display, and refresh not more than 5 times per minute (exactly). I need a program to automatically input the 4 random letter/numbers, refresh 5 times per minute, and take order automatically. I am also looking to have customer support from whomever wins the bid, along with routine updates to the software/program (included in the bid) Lendervend is always changing their security system, so updates to provide continued use of the software/program are very important. I also only speak and right English, so if the winning bid is from a foreign country it is important that there isn't a language barrier (struggled with this in the past) contact me for any other questions.
