ASPX, AJAX & Website Design Assistance

Hello,

I need assistance with a complete site redesign to make it easier to use, only the core .aspx and .[login to view URL] required, no real mechanical functionality other than the stub functions for actions (button presses, etc) and static data for form scenarios.

I am focusing on other aspects of the project and would like assistance so that I deliver the project in a timely manner.
