Clone a Measurement Software

Hi,

i'm looking for a programmer to clone the following software. (Please refer to my printscreen for the preview of the application)

I do not have the actual specifications but i do have the demo of the application.

1. This application must be developed in .NET/C#

2. No Database required.

3. Program Drawing technique such as line, angle, pt to pt etc will required for the following project.

4. Camera Acquisition such as Twain32, Frame Grabber Emulator, etc is required.

5. This is a long term project and i will need support for you guys. Company or full-time programmers perferred with experience only.

Payment will be on milestone basis.
