I need convert from C to VB.NET (2008) 3.5 netframework. Are three files. extension files (h and cpp) attached are the files h and cpp and the DLL used and other files needed. These files allow you to send and receive data (PLU'S Data) mettler toledo scales via Serial or Ethernet communication Also must have a GUI that has buttons to connect, disconnect, send files, receive files with the functions found in the archives H and CPP.

I am a .NET devleoper for the center of one of the largest casino chains in the world. For me, this can be done in at least 2 days, 3 days maximum. The .h and .cpp files can be merged into .vb class files. the DllImport attribute can be used to call the DLL methods. However, since the code is originally in C, I recommend using C# rather than VB
