Convert Winform Heads up Display to WPF

Hi, I have a program that uses winform technology to create a heads up display on another third party software. However, this looks outdated and has limitations. I am looking for a coder who has a lot of experience taking a winform technology and applying/converting it to WPF, and has vast experience with C#.
