BOOTSTRAP Admin Application for Backend MYSQL Database

Hello, I'm looking for an EXPERT Bootstrap front-end developer who is passionate about bootstrap development who has excellent coding standards and best practices when creating bootstrap web development. The requirement is to install a bootstrap admin theme and then build a Front-end Admin application that interacts with my backend MYSQL tables. ( about 15-20 tables. ). High level functionalities. Vendor Configuration: 1) Modify some of the Metadata tables ( used to create Vendor profiles ). 2) Be able to create XSL docs easily from the admin. 3) Show Vendor Setup progress: Each vendor needs proper configuration. I would like a way to Validate the Vendor setup progress. 4) Be able to "Enable" or "Disable" a Vendor from the front-end. ORDER MANAGEMENT 5) View ORDER information from the different order tables that exist in MYSQL. 6) View detailed Order information. 7) EDIT Order Information by Admin only. 8) Edit ORDER information that is marked for manual review in the Mysql table. Have an option to mark it as "Re-Submit" in the database table. 9) Search option for ORDERS> Search by Order#, Email, Buyer name etc.. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT 9) Search option for Inventory. Search by SKU,UPC, Product Name, Part number. 10) Be able to show which vendors carry a particular inventory item and the quantities. Example: SKU: #888 might have different quantities from different vendors. Need to pull this information from the database table and display it to the user very concisely along with other information. ALERTS AND ERRORS: 11) Be able to display the alerts and notifications on the dashboard. 12) Secure login with ability to create user/pw. 13) An easy to use search option to search any Vendor, Inventory, or Order item. Detailed requirements for the above items will be sent once the project begins.
